I am writing this letter of commendation for one of your staff, the fantastic level of service and support shown to me. Prior to this, I had not heard of Motorway Car Rentals and was introduced to try it by my brother-in-law who rents quite regularly. Your staff took my call and answered all my queries with patience. Despite my initial reluctance and concerns in divulging my personal information, he made me understand the necessity in providing these details. Your staff also took care in ensuring the car I rented was in great working condition especially when I had safety as my number one priority (travelling with baby & family). Compliments to your staff for a job well done. I will definitely rent from Motorway Car Rentals again and am planning to do so very soon.
